    The breakfast was varied and delicious.

    Unfortunately, the room was far too noisy, and the check-in process took longer than expected. This marred what could have been an even better experience.

    Appreciated spending my time in this clean old-fashioned hotel. The room was absolutely gorgeous and fairly quiet with a minibar and a storage space, good views. Every staff member was good and approaching. The breakfast was really tasty with lots of delicious options. The airport was a 25-minute drive from the property. Tbh, had a superb stay on holidays.

    High service level, travelling alone can sometimes be difficult, but everyone went out of their way to make me feel very comfortable. Great busy bar (7 degrees) in the evenings.

    Colombo vibes 🌅

    The brekkie spread was just next level, so lekker with all the local flavours-gotta try the hoppers! Our room had a fine view over the lake, perfect for those sundowners after a long day. And the staff were totally on point, always friendly and ready to help!

    Check-in was a bit on the slow side, but nothing too crazy.

    Over priced ... Definetly no value for money I chose the hotel based on the rating on Booked.net however I regretted doing that as Taj which was rated lower is way better.

    The food was good in the dinning room...

    The hotel is old there was mold on the walls ....the hotel staff are not very friendly and work was done so it was so loud all day long..... Bed is old and for sure it did not look like a five stars hotel.... not recommended hotel.....

    Had a perfect 10/10 stay during our trip. The breakfast was massive and very tasty with top notch products, we enjoyed it. The service was very efficient and the pool was amazing. They offered concierge service at no cost too.

    We especially enjoyed the Cilantro Suite, though the bathroom amenities could have been more modern. A great place with beautiful surroundings and attentive service.
