Our stay was pleasantly surprising with a spectacular view of Beira Lake and excellent hospitality from the staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious, making mornings delightful.

Unfortunately, the room was far too noisy, and the check-in process took longer than expected. This marred what could have been an even better experience.

The location by the lake is captivating, and the staff members are genuinely hospitable, particularly the receptionist, whose professionalism stood out. The Cilantro Suite offered impressive space with a lovely balcony and good access to the Executive Club, which served lovely afternoon tea. the hotel's facilities require significant upgrades. for instance, the iron was outdated and not available in the room at check-in. the overpriced taxi service was a letdown, costing Rs 22,000 for a short trip.

My stay in the Cilantro Suite was an absolute dream! The stunning lake views from my spacious room were pure magic, making every moment feel serene. Plus, the food was delicious, and the staff, especially Supun, was incredibly attentive, helping organize everything I needed with a smile!

the iron in the room was outdated and hard to use. however, the breakfast buffet had an elaborate spread with excellent service. i loved the library themed bar and the lovely floating restaurant on the lake.

Check-in felt chaotic and unorganized, resembling a free-for-all rather than a structured process, which set a frustrating tone right off the bat. Music from nearby events echoed late into the night, disrupting sleep, and the placement of some rooms near the function area might not suit those seeking tranquility. the gym's environment felt overwhelming with outside guests during peak hours, making it challenging to focus on workouts.

The breakfast buffet featured an extensive selection of fresh pastries, organic juices, and a variety of local dishes, ensuring a delightful start to each day. The staff, particularly Enoka, provided exceptional service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. the manager, Bandara, and his team consistently demonstrated promptness and professionalism, significantly enhancing the overall experience.
